About

Digital Health and Data Integration SME

We are offering our services as a consultant SME for digital health projects individual bid/RFP basis and, for a broader audience, as a “Fractional” CTO on a retainer model.

As a successful entrepreneur I have started and/or run multiple businesses in the past that have all been successful and continue to operate under other management.   In these companies I was (variously) CTO and CEO, responsible for all aspects of technology direction and in the case of Medical Information Integration the entire business, from sales, accounting, hiring to technology strategy.

Projects Examples

Work designing and developing data collection and reporting systems for EHR, ACO and Employer ERISA Trust management using proprietary and open source solutions, such as LibreHealth, OpenEMR, Pentaho, Zermelo and others .

Managing the design and development of tools and applications for the web and the cloud (Google, AWS and Azure).

Designing and developing data integration and medical workflow systems for the healthcare industry using open source and proprietary solutions. This included deep gap analysis with respect to their current state versus their desired state.

Leading the development of a telemedicine system for the Republic of Ireland and a peer-to-peer EHR for the Peace Corps’ 75+ international sites and their headquarters in DC.
